Joy

Our softest sock yarn! Joy is a super soft, loosely spun blend of 80% superwash merino wool and 20% nylon. Each skein is approximately 100g / 400 yards (measured by weight, so yardage may vary). You have to feel this yarn to believe it! The nylon provides durability, but the main characteristic of this yarn is that it's soft soft soft! This yarn is sock weight; the recommended needle size is US 2. The yarn can be used for any project calling for fingering/sock weight yarn, including shawls and baby things. To ensure a uniform distribution of color through the whole project when using more than one skein, I recommend alternating skeins every few rows. This is all-USA yarn, spun in Pennsylvania and dyed with my own two hands in Alabama. All of my yarn is dyed using professional dyes in a professional process to ensure that the yarn will be wash fast and light fast and will not fade, bleed, run, or come off on your hands.
